Foirgneamh álainn stairiúil Ghaelscoil Eoin / Our beautiful historical building
Tá an t-ádh dearg linn gur tugadh foirgneamh buan do Ghaelscoil Eoin ar Phlás Haddington, Droichead na Dothra, ón tús. Is foirgneamh álainn stairiúil é a théann siar go 1902. Rinneadh athchóiriú ar an mbunurlár sular bhogamar isteach i Meán Fómhair 2021, agus tá obair thógála agus athchóirithe ar siúl faoi láthair ar an gcéad urlár. Tá súil againn go mbeidh an obair críochnaithe faoi 2027, rud a thabharfaidh deis dúinn fás isteach sa spás iontach seo. Is ré nua é d’fhoirgneamh tábhachtach i nDroichead na Dothra agus is breá linn ár bhfoirgneamh buan s’againn féin.

We are in the very fortunate position to have been given a permanent building in Ballsbridge D4 from the day we opened in September 2021. Gaelscoil Eoin Plás Haddington is a beautiful historical building that dates back to 1902. The ground floor was completely renovated for us to move into on our very first day, and construction and renovation work is currently underway on the upper floor. We hope that the work will be completed by 2027, allowing Gaelscoil Eoin to grow into our wonderful space. This is a new era for an important building in Ballsbridge, and we just love our forever home.
We use the entrance to the rear of the building, on Plás Haddington, to come in and out of school. We use the large clós to the front of the building as our main outdoor play area and enjoy our clós beag as an outdoor classroom.
